Wow, 2020 has been interesting to say the least; 2020 was going to be my year. Or so I thought! I’ve just become a home owner to the cutest period terraced home, I’ve upgraded from my little old nissan micra and had invested alot in workshops abroad…
It’s still going to be my year; my couples are still going to get married and I’m so fortunate for all my loved ones to have good health in such a difficult time. My thoughts go out to all those who have been affected and I’ve been there for all my couples every single step of the way.
Now that’s out in the open it’s on to the positives. It’s so important to feel the sadness for a moment before trying to over come it, problem solve and think of how I can learn from this situation. I’ve been reading up lots on how to improve customer experience and have realised over the last week; I pretty much do everything that is suggested for my clients – yay! Having me as your wedding photographer you’re guaranteed to get more than just a set of wedding photographs; I still speak to lots of my couples after their day, regularly checking in and even photographing them in the next stages of their lives. This makes so happy.
Anyway on to the point of this blog which is inspired by LoveMyDress who contacted me earlier in the week asking for some ‘happy’ moments. Here are a selections of photographs which make me as happy as can be (There are plenty more but these stand out in my mind from photographing them!)
Love to all my past and future couples! You make my life incredible. I am so lucky!
