A fir-tree filled room
Hyde House really is idyllic all year around; I have now photographed there in all seasons of the year and Winter solstice at Hyde House didn’t disappoint.
Jess and Luke filled their ceremony room – the Grange with Christmas trees, candles and neutral blooms by the incredible The Vintage House that could.

Getting ready at Hyde House
The prep locations for the bride and groom at Hyde House are the perfect distance a part – as a wedding photographer I am able to capture both preps with ease. Jess and Luke opted for a second shooter on their wedding day which allowed for details to be captured with more intention and lots of formal portraits outside the house before the ceremony starts. This means less time will be taken during the drinks reception taking portraits.

The ceremony in the Grange
Christmas trees framed the room both at the front and the back of the grange along side some florals and firs attached to the chairs. This was the perfect way to multi-purpose with the flowers being able too be transported easily to the reception barn.

Winter Portraits at Hyde House
The grounds at Hyde House are the dream for a wedding photographer – sunsets across the gardens in the Grange meaning the drinks reception has some beautiful light and really helps to capture great candids.

The reception details
The drinks reception was held inside the house on this occasion which ensured the guests had different areas to enjoy throughout the entire day. There was a jazz band performing whilst guests enjoyed some drinks.

The candid moments
Jess and Luke had a first look of the room before their guests came in and it blew them away. It’s so special for the team to see the couple really overjoyed with how the room came together.
